We also raised 129 euros from our Christmas Card collection, and those monies were donated to the Margarita Liasidou Foundation for handicapped children.

A very warm welcome to the web-site of the Louis Phaethon Bowling Club located in Paphos on the coast of the lovely Mediterranean island of Cyprus. Our green is within the grounds of the popular Louis Phaethon Beach Hotel on Aphrodite Avenue in Paphos.  

The Club was established in 2003 and our green is a five rink, artificial all-weather surface and thanks to the wonderful Cypriot climate, play can take place virtually all year round. The club holds roll-ups on Monday afternoons, and on Wednesday and Saturday mornings. Visitors are more than welcome to join us for these 2 hour sessions. 

The club has a reputation for being one of the most welcoming and friendliest clubs on the island and we strive to ensure that all our visitors enjoy their time with us!

If you played bowls prior to coming to Cyprus and would like to continue, make contact with us and you will be assured of a warm welcome. If you have never played but would now like to take up the sport we have two very experienced coaches who will give you free lessons to start you on your way.
